The next mood we're working with for
Shimelle's online class is
sad. I actually tweaked it a bit to
melancholy. I have pondered this word all my life, so I thought I'd go a bit deeper with it. As I explain here, it goes way back...
I didn't intend to have purple hair in the picture. I printed it in black and white and my black is running out. Kind of one of those pleasant "mistakes".
I also added "10 things" to represent the 10 moods we will be working on for my cover. I'm using a fun 5x7" Making Memories "cheeky" album for this project.

I happen to LOVE the way your photo turned out. Wish I could turn my hair purple like that because it's so retro funk and I think it fits the melancholy theme so well.
