Rosey collections...

After being inspired by LushBella's lovely found object collages here and Linda Crispell's amazing collections showcased in her home here, I decided to display some of the treasures I received in the For the Love of Supplies swap in shadowboxes to be admired and appreciated.

Here is the new view from the dining room table. Pretty festive!
I also never realized that I had a collection of pink and blue aprons. I find them at estate sales all the time for a dollar or two. I decided to display these as well and also to cover up some of the clutter...or maybe it just creates more. Not sure:)
And mizz blue eyes, always right along side me on my crafting adventures.

Hope you're having a great weekend!

  6. What a great idea! Your collages look darling :) You're right: of course all those little gems need to be displayed so they can be admired. I'm in the process of turning my craft studio inside out, and I can't believe how much stuff that I have, that I'd forgotten about because it was hidden!

How can you get anything done when you've got such a darling little beauty to distract you? :)

  7. Blue is right! Beautiful blue eyes! My Jessica had blue blue eyes when she was young, they're darker blue now, but still beautiful! I love your heart items in the shadow box, very nice!

  9. How beautiful your collections look on display. Your baby girl has the bluest eyes I've ever seen. Reminds me of my Irish Popi and his brothers and sisters, but their eyes weren't quite so big and blue. She's gonna be a little heartbreaker. Enjoy a brand new week.

  28. What a great pic of your daughter!
Love those shadowboxes, especially I HEART that chenille heart. LOL - I don't know about it increasing or hiding the clutter, but I do like the apron display. I have a couple aprons that I hang in my kitchen because they match the color scheme as well - and then I forget to actually USE them and take one out of the pantry when I'm baking. Oh well.
