Autumn Joy....

This has got to be one of my favorite photos of the last few weeks. A little behind-the-scenes action of our woodland walk photos. Lowell checking out the photo I'm taking and Chloe doing what she does best....being cute!
A week from today, next Thursday the 23rd is the Autumn Home Gathering here on my blog. Anyone can participate. If you have a blog and want to be added to the blog roll on the right side for the event, just leave me a comment if you don't see your name there. A few more photos of our blissed out colors. They are now past peak and as the wind picks up the leaves have begun to fall. Still lots more autumn fun to be had, though. Now it's time to rake up all those leaves and jump in the piles!!

Can you spot the wild turkey's? Be sure and check back here on Saturday, I'll be participating in the Fanciful Twist Halloween party in blogland. Should be fun!

Hi Kari! Your photos are soooo beautiful. I live in Florida where there are NO fall colors. I grew up in Virginia so your post really made me homesick for the beauty of nature when the seasons change. Thanks for sharing such lovely pictures. ~ xo ~ Joy

Hubby and I went on a mountain drive today to see the color and even at the higher elevations, it's still just getting started. I'm impatient and yet maybe it will peak for Halloween when my DIL and grandbaby will be up from San Diego and will be able to enjoy it. In the meantime, I sure enjoy your gorgeous photos.

Next time we visit Minnesota, we are definitely coming in the autumn so we can see it at it's best. Gorgeous images.

Please add me to the Autumn Gathering; I've got goodies to share. Thank you.
Cheers,

Your pictures are so lovely. I went to the L.A. Arboretum yesterday and got completely blissed out by nature. And that photo of the kids and all the leaves blanketing the ground... awesome!!
Thanks for sharing.
