Totally crazy....

Raise your hand if you would stand outside for an hour outside someone's house that you don't know, on a cold Minnesota day, with the temperature hovering around 10 degrees? All for an estate sale that you have no idea if there is anything good.
The person I stood with for that hour is my estate sale partner-in-crime Jennifer Murphy who made it much more tolerable by recounting her recent trip to Rome and other delights. Still sound crazy? These were some of my treasures. Totally worth it!

Hope you have a fantastic weekend.

I've never been to an estate sale, but I think it would be worth the fun! I love the white letters. You'll have fun with those.

My hand is raised!!!!
Nothing better than braving the MN cold, in line with others, crazy enough to do the same!!
Reminds me waiting for the Cities 97 Sampler every year.
Painfully Cold FUN!!!
Looks like you got some treasures that's for sure.

Oh oh oh....that must have been worth the frost bites. Wish I could have been there...I LOVE scrabble tiles. I miss the cold weather since I was born in Sweden and now live in California...I need to freeze and hibernate in the winter. :)

I went to an auction and about froze my butt off, so I understand! It was worth it though.... not as much as your estate sale. Those are great finds!

Ohhhhhhhhh. I LOVE the New Year's hats. That's my birthday and it's my most recent obsession of collectible. If you ever decide you need to relieve yourself of one or two, I'd be happy to take them off your hands. For a price, of course.

Hovering around 10 degrees? Oh my gosh! But you persevered and found some great treasures.
I just noticed you're participating in the Easter Egg swap. I am, too. Should be fun!
Keep warm and enjoy those treasures.

Hmmmm....Kari.....I think the former owner of all of these treasures must have been a kindred spirit of yours!
Maybe she would also have been a "partner in crime". ;-)
Wonderful finds!

I am sooo jealous! I used to live in Missouri and attend estate sales all the time. They don't have too many on my side of Michigan. Very cute canister, by the way!
