Spring has sprung in these parts and we couldn't be happier! The weather has been a balmy 75 degrees (unheard of in Minnesota at this time of year!) and we've enjoyed every minute of it. It's always fun to play along with abby on her five senses friday, so here we go...
seeing: buds popping everywhere! also little bits of color squeezing their way up from beneath the brown layer of leaves. it's like a treasure hunt!
hearing: spring peepers in the marshland, the chorus is the sound of spring itself.
feeling: all the love in the world for my son, Lowell and others who deal with autism on a daily basis. today is world autism awarenss day.
smelling: little whiffs as I go about my day from the fresh flowers around the house.
