I've always been a big fan of May Day and especially May baskets. This is my third year of hosting the May Basket swap and it's always a delight to open up a backage of inspiring goodies on a gorgeous spring morning, on the first of May.
This year my partner was Kerry Lynn Yeary and boy did she ever pack this adorable box full of vintage delights. Every detail had loads of texture and color. Truly a feast for the senses. There are so many fun supplies!

Wow I haven't thought about May Day baskets in years! I remember making them as a kid out of strawberry baskets, filling them with flowers/or any weeds that looked like flowers (smile). Then we would ring the neighbor's door and run to hide and surprise them. What did you put in your May Day basket for the swap?
