There's no better way to ring in a beautiful, crisp first day of September than a day at the state fair. A late-summer highlight for us!

baby animals...
heads carved in butter...
award winning crops....
and creative endeavors.

Wow...that is one wickedly huge slide!!! Looks like a great place to visit for the day... A good way to end summer.

ReplyDeleteI miss the Minnesota State Fair at the fairgrounds in St. Paul. When we lived there we used to go every year. I even entered some of my weaving. Haven't found a state fair to match it yet.
