Yesterday the kids and I headed to the library where I work for a program put on by the Raptor Center of Minnesota. There was a red tailed hawk, kestrel, great horned owl and bald eagle in attendance. What amazing birds and so fun to see them up close! We learned so many interesting things about birds of prey.

I'm a sucker for owls. And we have an eagle we see every time we kayak here on the eastern shore of MD.
I always say it is amazing what you can find in a library!
