Today my parents and I ventured over to St. Paul for the "great Minnesota get together"...the state fair! Had to get my once-a-year fix of pronto pups, malted milk shakes and people watching!
It was an overcast day, so the neon colors of the Midway were oh so vibrant!
The kids went on a carousel ride with Bobo for the first time. 
As you can see here, Chloe didn't know what to think when it started moving.

The fair pictures are great! The fair here in Ga. is in October. There's is nothing else like the smells of all the different food! BTW....I love the topiary pictures!!! Sherry

Wonderful pix...nothing better than a day at the fair. We didn't go this year, Arney's surgery kinda got in the way. We have Art's in the park coming in a few days, we hope to go.

i only got in two short trips to the fair this year. didn't even see the crop art. :( thanks for your photos of the midway, i skipped it this year and even though it's the same every year, it's good to be reminded of how awesome the 'art' is!!!
