Letting go of knots

Day 15 of Rhonna's {21} Day Challenge
Hope you're not getting tired of me posting these. I'm almost there!! I'm so happy that along with developing a daily habit of meditation, which is what I set out to do, I also developed a daily art journal habit. I really hope to keep both up, since they seem to go hand in hand and are helping me in so many ways. Today's entry has more writing on it than usual. I was working with my internal knots. I've been dealing with some difficult emotions lately and used this entry to remind myself how to Let Go and get those knots untied!
