Bliss filled days...

The first few days of my trip were spent with my sister and her family in San Diego. This was such a treat!! Chloe got to play with her cousins and I got to spend some quality time with my sister. Doesn't get much better than that. We had a blast! We had a girls outing to two of her favorite scrapbook stores. Loved the Pink Pineapple:) I also taught her my banner class to get warmed up for my class at Sweetpeas. Fun!Then Joe and I headed out to LA to the amazing store Sweetpeas and Snapshots to teach my class. The banner above is what we made. My extra kits are in my etsy shop now!
Banner kits are SOLD OUT- thank you!!

The outside of Sweetpeas is so inviting. Check out her window displays! Mary informed me that the store space was moving locations, so she was feeling a bit emotional (but excited) about the change.

What a welcoming spread!!
The lovely Mary Smilove was so kind and generous. Just check out this store...

The ladies that attended my class were fabulous! We had such a great time.

Valarie even spent her birthday with us!

As you can see, people made different words on their banners. The kits come with a full alphabet, so you can do whatever you'd like! After Sweetpeas, we then headed over to Brentwood for a *gorgeous* wedding.

What a day!

Looks like lots of fun. It's always fun to get a group of women together sharing and creating. Never know where the conversation will go. Great store. So cute and cozy looking.

Kari, I was soooo excited to buy one (the LAST one, actually)of the banner kits...I'm down in central Texas so opportunities to attend such inspiring and invigorating workshops don't come along too often. It will be so much fun to make a banner with guidance from the instructions and suggestions of such a talented and creative "master" . LaVerne in Texas
