A walk in the woods....

The weather continues to be absolutely phenomenal, and the colors are peak. In just a week or so the leaves will all be on the ground and we will have bare branches for the next 6 months. So folks, we're livin' it up! Enjoy the stroll....

A self portrait. Emily challenges us all to take...and keep... a self portrait. This one certainly captures my feelings about the season.

Have a marvelous weekend!

We're not anywhere near peak yet, although it could happen fast. Beautiful pictures. I'm glad you and the family are outside enjoying it.

Your fall photos are absolutely beautiful. I miss those vibrant colours. Here in Scotland it is a different kind of fall...lots of golds and browns, a little bit of orange, not much red. Thanks for sharing! :-) Stacey

Hi Kari!
I just wanted to pop by and say how much I enjoyed your beautiful fall photos! We don't really get the fall colors here, very few trees change their colors, so seeing such an array of gold, red, orange, and yellow all in one place was really nice! Thanks so much for sharing!

THe leaves in your neck of the woods are changing beautifully. Ours are still somewhat greena nd some turnng brown. There are a few reds here and there but nothing like what you are showing here. So beautiful. Love the pic of your daughter and her puppy. Adorable!!
