New goodies!

After being super inspired by Anahata (I always am!) who was inspired by Fly Girls...........(can we say 6 degrees of artyness:) I bought this fab Boho Chic journal at Target last night and wound the yummy fiber wrap around it from Anthropologie and blessed it as my new art journal!! It's just meant to pour whatever visual mood I'm in, to capture a time, a trend, a theme...whatever. Can't wait to get started! BTW- I am working on my Silver Bella journal and will continue to share pages of it with you. Thanks for all your kind comments about it:)

Keeping in the Silver Bella mind-set today I went to work on starting some of my homemade Christmas gifts. I can't show too much of this one, since I don't want a certain someone to see it. It was fun and challenging, and of course included glitter!

I also found a new home for my BeLiEve stocking I made at Silver Bella in Pam's class. I found this neat hook at Home Goods and the entire thing (bells and bow) are red velvet. Yummy!

While out and about, I came across some fun bottle brush wreaths. Very retro~ love it! I also found some mini tinsel trees that I thought needed a more vintage look, so I turned to my new favorite teacher, Pam, about how to age them. She answered it here on her blog. Finally, I just wanted to show you these wonderful vintage repro flash cards I found. I adore vintage baby items and these are just amazing!

I have been looking for the font you used for the numbers on your calendar. Could you send me some info on where I can find it or some chipboard letters? Love reading your blog, I get the best ideas from you.
